𝗢Ö 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 2025 – 𝗛ö𝗱𝗹𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗿 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝗅 👩🏭👨💻 Once again this year, Hödlmayr opened its doors as part of the OÖ Job Week – welcoming around 40 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 over two exciting days at our site in Schwertberg. What was on the 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮? ☕ Our Susanne Hiebl , from the Corporate HR team, welcomed our guests as the internal organizer of the Job Week with a 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 🚗 We started with the 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, where Leonhard Pilz , HR Manager for our subsidiaries in Austria and Germany, gave exclusive insights into the Europe-wide structure, the more than 70-year success story of our family business, the varied working day and the diverse training and 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗛ö𝗱𝗹𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗿. 🦺 During the subsequent 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀, our guests were able to experience the entire process at first hand - from the arrival of the vehicles, through inspection and preparation, to loading for onward transportation. This gave them a direct insight into the 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 at our company. 🗨️ At the end of the event, our HR team was available to the participants for 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. As part of our sustainability efforts, we have also identified photovoltaic systems ☀️ as an additional opportunity. Besides installing photovoltaic systems on the roofs of our buildings, we are utilizing carports as structural support. 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛ö𝗱𝗹𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴 Recently, construction work has started. Together with our joint-venture partner Electrify we will: ✅ Build a 5.8 MWp photovoltaic system with around 10,000 solar panels ☀️ on carports ✅ Cover approximately 1,700 parking spaces 🚗 ✅ Save an estimated 3,170 tons of CO₂ emissions per year 🌍 ✅ Supply renewable energy to 2,250 households 🏡 The commissioning is scheduled for June 2026.
