We’re thrilled to have made our debut at LUXEPACK Shanghai 2025, one of the region’s top luxury packaging events. It was an incredible opportunity to showcase our sustainable uncoated fine papers, including Pergraphica ®, now available in 350 g/m², to brand owners and designers from across beauty, food, tech, and more. 🌍Happy Earth Day!🌍 Today, we would like to spotlight the efforts of our Mondi Richards Bay plant in South Africa and their journey toward Net-Zero through energy resilience and efficiency. In 2021, Mondi Richards Bay successfully reduced their greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) by 250,000 tonnes per year. Since then, they have implemented various measures, resulting in a 7% improvement in energy efficiency. The result? A 30% reduction in packaging weight and a lower carbon footprint. Thanks to our high-porosity kraft paper and smart spot coating, the new valve bag delivers high product protection and faster vacuum filling.
